Jayne Joyner

Educational Consultant and Board President

Jayne Wiltshire Joyner earned her B.S. degree in Computer Information Systems. and M.A. in Adult Education Administration from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University in Tallahassee, Florida. She is currently a Senior Associate Professor in the Early Childhood and Education Department at Everett Community College and teaches the Tulalip College Leadership Series at Edmonds Community College. She has over 13 years of administrative experience in Early Childhood Education, over 20 years of teaching experience in elementary school through community college, and over 14 years of technical and analysis experience in business environments. Jayne has been working with Rise Up Academy since 2007. In her free time, she enjoys swimming, bowling, dancing, and aerobic exercising. She is married to Arnold and has 3 adult children and 2 grandchildren.
