Welcome to the Rise Up Academy website!

The faculty and staff are looking forward to meeting you and providing an outstanding educational experience for your children.

The school was founded in 1999 to address the struggles that our children are having being ready for kindergarten upon entering the public school system. We are a licensed program through the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services. And, because of the credentials that we require of our teachers and staff - Bachelors and Masters Degrees - we are a licensed private school with the Washington State Board of Education emphasizing a strong curriculum and trained staff to provide quality learning strategies for our children. We are currently a before and after school program for first through sixth-grade students.

Our hope is to ultimately reverse the downward trend that has been the legacy to many students in Snohomish county and the surrounding areas. We have a diverse makeup of children from a wide range of ethnic backgrounds and economic levels. Some of the children who come to us have experienced significant learning difficulties, but here at Rise Up Academy, we will work with you to address any challenges your child faces.

I believe that the children enrolled at Rise Up Academy do well because of our commitment to providing high-quality education for all children. That commitment is shown in our Mission and Vision statements.

Our school motto for all students is, "I Can Learn Anything!" This motto is reinforced daily in all classrooms and programs.
